At what age did you know that music was part of your soul?
I received a guitar on my eighth birthday and around eleven or twelve I decided that I wanted to be a guitar player and create and write my own music.
What is your biggest inspiration when writing songs? What is your favorite composition?
My biggest inspiration I would say comes from spirituality; I live a very spiritual life. I tried to connect with my spirit, my soul in everything I do. My actions, speech and all my creations come from my soul’s essence.
At different times I like different pieces, each of them represent a part of me and each represent a different part of me. My music has different aspects, at me moment my favorite one is “Radio Argentina” from my new album.
What do you feel when you play the guitar and see everyone happy at your shows?
Mission accomplished. I feel that I have fulfilled part of my destiny. Music evokes certain things within people and I have made it my mission to uplift people with my music.
How would you like to be remembered?
I would like to be remembered as a person who discovered a way of living that is holistic, pure and happy. I enjoy sharing this with others.
What do you think is the mission of music in the world?
My mission is to help people go inside and find certain emotions within themselves that they might have been repressing, and help them express them. You can see it at my concerts, people who normally are uptight suddenly they come alive, they feel more uplifted. I have performed in certain cities and after each show, the theater manager comes up to us and says that they never had an audience react like that, never had an audience get up and just dance.
Finally, I will tell you 10 words and you will tell me the first thing that comes to mind.
